For centuries, the question of Shakespeare's authorship has puzzled readers, scholars, and researchers.
This blog presents a comprehensive solution:
The Multi-Pseudonymity Theory (MPT).
According to my research, Christopher Marlowe — officially declared dead in 1593 — survived and continued to write under multiple pseudonyms.
I visited a last perfomance of a theater play on MARLOWE - Oct. 8th 2016 in Vienna.
In 2015 Former Austrian TV-Producer, Theater Director, Writer, Painter Gerald Szyszkowitz wrote a novel "The Wrong Face - or Marlowe is Shakespeare", representing a passionate plea for the Marlowe/Shakespeare Authorship Thesis.-
I also learned, that in 2016 author and artistic director Gerald Szyszkowitz produced a theater Version of his book for the summer Festival at the Hyunday Castle in Maria Enzersdorf , as a coproduction with "
The Freie Bühne Wieden" (Vienna) based on his novel (The Wrong Face - or, Marlowe is Shakespeare)“
The play in 3 acts supports the presumption that William Shakespeare didn't write the plays that are claimed to be his, but that they were penned by Christopher Marlowe, who did not die as claimed in 1593.
The obscure historical situation certainly offers well suited material for a theatre play. -
The productions resumed performances at the Freie Bühne Wieden October 4-8, 2016 which enabled me to watch
It's highly regrettable, that Oxfordians have comitted themselves so definetely and finally!
Oxfordian Tom Regnier 1950- 2020 († from Corona)
Tom Regnier, president at the Shakespeare Oxford Fellowship (SOF), an appellate lawyer in South Florida gave (besides earlier speeches) a fine presentation April 11 2016 at GableStage in Coral Gables Florida
Did Shakespeare really Write Shakespeare? –
Was William from Stratford able to write at all?
The basic knowledge and insights ( Regnier reports) has now circulated for almost 100 years . It has - remarkably - not led to a paradigm shift.
Whence he derives his expectations and hopes, that in another 100 years the Oxfordian case (Shakespeare was the penname of the Earl of Oxford) will be accepted general knowledge ?
Conclusion: Whereas Tom Regnier's question is fully justified (provided it is formulated more inocuous: Did Shakspere [of Stratford] really write Shakespeare [of the works] ?) his answer is not sufficiently justified.-
A paradigm shift is overdue and necessary !
It's highly regrettable, that Oxfordians have comitted themselves so definetely and finally!
False Candidates and False Flags In order to estimate wether the Marlowe/Shakespeare theory is correct that Shakspere["Will of the records"] and Shake-speare ["Will of the works"] were not identical,
you may consider four individual probabilities on the basis of a rather low, conservative estimate
1) OVERLAP: Estimated probability that the 2 poets [Marlowe/ Shakespeare], born in the same year, living both in London, did not timely overlap in their literary activity a single day:1 : 100000 ** 2) EDUCATION: Estimated probability that the universal education, languages and world knowledge of Shakespeare can not be taken from the school education from Stratford: 1: 100000 3) ARISTOCRACY: Estimated probability that Shakespeare has not resided in circles of the court and aristocracy for a single day of his life: 1: 100000 , whereas 95% of his plays happens at courts 4) WILL: Estimated probability that Shakespeare did not leave a book, manucript or a “literary” legacy in his last will 1: 100000
These four singular probabilities results in an [extreme low]overall probability of 1: 100 000 000 000 000 000 000 [10 to the power of 20] that Shakspere was identical with Shake-speare.
Thus the "non-identity hypothesis"
may be considered to be proven.
-- This, however, is not challenging literary scholars. Such "scientific methods and standards" often are not even known or they will not be considered. But there are no other scientific methods in order to interpret probabilities as security in the personal assessment of facts "objectively". From a scientific perspective, it is difficult to understand why you will be criticized as a conspiracy theorist, if you advance the thesis that Shakspere and Shakespearewere not identical - ------------------ It strongly reminds me on the fact that you will be branded in the public eye as a conspiracy theorist, when you declare that there is no possible way that WTC-7 building could have collapsed the way it did from fire.
The world should remain resolute, sooner or later the authorship problem (false candidate) and the WTC-7 Problem (false flag) will be solved.
"He dyes but once, but doubly lives, once in his proper self, then in his name"
Excerpt from "A Funeral Elegy", lines 492-50
On January 25th, 1612 a certain WilliamPeter is said to have been murdered by a stab in the (rear)head. On the occasion of his death, only 2 1/2 weeks later a poem
On the basis of many logical arguments William Peter's ostensible destiny
by no means can have been shown or meant in the text !
(e.g.: " oh that he dyes but once, but doubly lives, once in his proper self, then in his name ; ... and had the genius completed possilibited to keep him safe ... He died in life , yet in his death he lives ... ").
The assignment difficulties of the elegy to its true author can be solved when you realize that the author (Marlowe /alias Pseudonym W.S. = William Shakespeare) ("t'enroll my name, as this of thine ") used the opportunity to poetically illustrate and conceal his own presumed destiny of a deadly stab in the head behind the current fate of a preceding current event of William Peter.
Heated debates on the assignments of the poem to Shakespeare (W.S.) and later to John Ford - based on an analysis of grammatical patterns and idiosyncratic word usage - with extensive press attention from the -->New York Times and -->other newspapers
may be resolved when.....
….. we realize that not only Shakespearebut also John Ford belonged to the multiplicity of pseudonyms or ALIAS names of the concealed poet genius -->Christopher Marlowe.
Why Shakespeare 1603 needed a translation or a translator Florio, since he could read fluently the originals in French, Italian, Spanish, Latin, Greek?
Shakespeare could write entire scenes (Henry V) in excellent French! What would have hindered him from reading Montaigne in the original language?
Greenblatt wrote in the "Daily Telegraph":
...the allusions in The Tempest and elsewhere makes clear that Shakespeare read Montaigne not in French but in an English translation. That translation, published in a handsome folio edition in London in 1603, was by John Florio..... ...To read the Essays in Florio’s translation is to read them, as it were, over the shoulders of some of England’s greatest writers. ....The translation seemed to address English readers of Shakespeare’stime with unusual directness and intensity. ....Specifically, Shakespeare takes Montaigne’s words, in Florio’s translation, and fashions them into the forged letter that Edmund fobs off as his brother Edgar’s. ....Shakespeare, who had an indifferent or ambivalent relationship to print, seems to have cultivated a certain anonymity.
John Florio
The end of the lie
The man who was
SHAKESPEARE
Is it really conceivable that there was the " remarkable experience of not just two but three great writers
(Florio Shakespeare Montaigne)
who ushered in the modern world" (->The New York Review of Books)
Isn't ->Lamberto Tassinari with his ->strong arguments, (favoring a common identity of Florio and Shakespeare) a decisive step closer to the truth (s.Blog 193) even if he may have not understood the final connections ?
The stage legends (Sir Derek Jakobi) conclusion on Shakespear
One can assume that few people have so thoroughly dealt with texts and contents of Shakspereare's plays such as the famous British actor and stage legend Sir Derek Jacobi , who has played the lead in countless Shakespeare productions – performing nearly 400 times as Hamlet alone.
He said that he has become convinced that there is “an authorship problem”, despite being branded a “lunatic” for his views by some. During a discussion about his life before a Hampstead audience on January 23, 2014, he opened up about his controversial views
“There is not one shred of evidence that puts a pen in the hand of William,”
(...)“I would challenge anyone to give one solid piece of evidence that connects him [Shakespere from Stratford]to writing.”.(..... )
"Let’s hope that in the next few years we can have a worthwhile, no-holds-barred debate about it.
How could it happen that after a long life a wise man probably more experienced with Shakespeare's texts and contents compared to an academic expert let alone an average intellectual came to the conclusion that the man of Stratford cannot have been identical with the author who wrote Hamlet....
experienced the greatest attention of all authorship theories.
Is this JUSTIFIED ?
Almost 20 years ago, "Frontline" broadcasted via a non commercial United States-wide local chain of transmitters (The Public Broadcasting Service [PBS]) a documentary on "The Shakespeare Mystery", which is now available, and also as written script of the film.)
The program made an early case that the most celebrated writer in the English language was NOT the man from Stratford.
Rather, 'Shakespeare' was a clever nom de plume used by Edward de Vere.
The Oxford-Shakespeare theory so far experienced [unjustified!!] the greatest attention of all authorship theories. WHY?
Richard Roes "The Shakespeare Guide to Italy" recognises with sufficient certainty that Shakespeare's local italian knowledge proves that the poet must have been in Italy .
Doesn't this tell us frankly that the author ‘True’ Shakespeare must have visited Venice and mastered the Italian language ? Both is not true for Shakspere from Stratford . 10 Shakespeare plays in whole or in part occur in Italy.
A strong argument (among many more) why the authorship debate arose was thatthe plays revealed a distinct local knowledge of Italy, which can not be attributed to the Stratford man who never visited Italy.
Already in 1877 Theodor Elze (<- click) postulated that Shakespeare must have known Venice and Padua from his own experience , since his local information were too precise . Lately Richard Roe enquired the problem more deeply . For twenty years he had traveled the country to pursue the issue. His book "The Shakespeare Guide to Italy" recognises with sufficient certainty that Shakespeare's local italian knowledge proves that the poet must have been in Italy
The topic of the Shakespeare Authorship Trust Conferenceon 24.Nov.2013 in London ("Much ado about Italy" - below: 3 lectures ) focused on this issue: Hank Whittemore Richard Paul Roe 's The Shakespeare Guide to Italy Kevin Gilvary writ in choice Italian Alexander Waugh Shakespeare - no true traveler?
his own murder there is no limit to what he can be supposed
to have done later." (John Michell 1966)

Chapter VIII ("The professional Candidate"), dealing with Christopher Marlowe, closes with a remarkable sentence
If he [Marlowe] really did survive his own murder there is nolimit to what he can be supposed to have done later.
This sentence hides the whole authorship problem: only if one is willing to tear down the boundary of a "self-made limit", you will be able to understand what an impressive literature Marlowe / alias Shakespeare wrote under various alias-names or pseudonyms .
At the Cannes Film Festival in 2013 on the occasion of a press conference about the film "Only Lovers Left Alive! " Jim Jarmusch and his performer John Hurt (right - he plays Christopher Marlowe) insisted that we must recognize Marlowe as the poet genius Shakespeare. - The Stratfordman was illiterate...
When John Hurt was questioned about his role as a centuries-old vampire (he plays Christopher Marlowe in old age) he gave the ball to his director Jim Jarmusch saying:
John Hurt: “Well, I’m here basically because I think Jim utterly believes in Christopher Marlowe. He believes that he wrote Shakespeare. He believes that he should be alive now. And … I am!”
Jim Jarmusch . ... there are different theories of who wrote these things. One of them: it’s very possible that Christopher Marlowe’s death was faked – uh, his murder – there’s a lot of research showing this. But really, this idea of Shakespeare– it’s not really important who wrote these beautiful things, but I think it’s very interesting that they are assigned to someone that quite possibly was illiterate – William Shakspeare. It’s very likely he could not even write. So, someday maybe, this will be revealed. I don’t know. May be never!”
