(140) Was Shakekspeare really also a grain dealer ?

William Shakspere from Stratford:

a Grain Dealer?

Advertising of Stratford: In-depth insights about Shakespeare just landed (at the time of the great Shakespeare Jubilee)  in the " travel section" of the FAZ

Roland D.Gerste, journalist of the renowned Nation-wide conservative daily German Newspaper "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung "(FAZ) must have been well prepared for his visit to the birthplace of "Will Shakspere" in Stratford upon Avon.

His one-page article of April 24, 2014, in the  "travel section" of the FAZ during a visit to Stratford, entitled "The Enigma of the grain dealer Will Shakspere" reports mainly about the dubious nature of the riddle of the grain merchant from Stratford.

Gerste is convinced that Will of Stratford cannot have been identical with the author of "Hamlet".

It leaves you wondering why such in-depth insights about Shakespeare just landed (at the time of the great Shakespeare Jubilee)  in the " travel section" of the FAZ and could hardly get a chance to enrich the famous literary pages of "the Feuilleton".(see Blog
