From the 30th January - 1st February 2014 The British Council hold in Berlin a Shake-speare Literature Seminar on the topic

It was possible to watch the event via Web Streaming on Live Webcast (Live Stream)
Infortunately the issue of the Seminar didn't touch the basic theme of this website (the Authorship question of Shakspeare) most likely because the question does not exist for the "Britsh Council"...
