-  The complex question of Shakespeare's authorship can not be solved without Marlowe.

Why the author of "Mucedorus" 1598 , the most popular play of the Shakespeare period,  remained anonymous? - 

Why Mucedorus was not written by the "true" most popular 'TRUE' Shakespeare ?

Mucedorus , the most popular play of the Shakespeare period, went through 17 editions between 1598 and 1668.-  The words, “Newly set foorth,” on the title-page 1598 of the first Edition (s.Faksimile) may indicate  that it was even written and produced at earlier times; The appearance of the morality figures of "Envy" and "Comedy" in the induction and epilogue indicate an earlier  date of production. The name Mucedorus, and the disguise of that prince as a shepherd, recall one (Musidorus) of the two heroes of Sidney’s Arcadia. The question as to the author of the  „Mucedorus“ play is controversial until today. Some attributed the whole of the play to Shakespeare (the first advocate of this hypothesis was the German poet Ludwig Tieck;)  Others think it not improbable that the scenes added in the edition of 1610 (s.Faksimile), were written by Shakespeare, whilst a third group of critics claim that Shake-speare had nothing at all to do with Mucedorus, other Elizabethan dramatists such as Lodge, Greene, or Peele,  composed it in the beginning of his dramatical career. A Spanish prince disguises himself as a shepherd , as a hermit,  as a wild man of the woods, as a bear  who combines cannibal instincts with a nice taste for romance, as a rustic clown; the  bear  instructs the princess  how to distinguish between the hero lover and the Coward — these are all most notable ingredients not only of the play (multiple disguises, banishments from court,  revealing his identity) but also of the biography of the anaonymous author (Christopher Marlowe). Does anyone believe, that the frequency of the dominant themes of  "Mucedorus", the "loss of identity" corresponding to the destiny of Marlowe (banish, banishment,  exile, disguise, hiding, concealment, hermit, secrecy etc.) has no autobiogra-phic roots whatsoever? A few extracts of single lines of the "Mucedorus" play Segasto. You are still in your knavery, but sith I cannot have his life, I will procure His banishment for ever. Brean Hammond, a retired  Professor of English Literature of the University of Nottingham in -a  interview with Jonathan Mann (->CNN) confirmed the findings of a  group of Reasearchers of the Univeryity of Texas: 

Hammond: (->Video)."... They  have triumphantly vindicated the authorship hypothesis that I have put forward in 2010" (s. Blog 281 Video's  2009/2015).- 

He underlined, that Shakespeare has    written the "->Double Falsehood" together with a second author John Fletcher. 

Hammond :...."when Shakespeare was getting tired and looking up retirement he was grooming a young writer called John Fletcher as a kind of a form  of succession planning....

Can it be that the mental state expressed here corresponded to the one distributed by John Fletcher 1613, 3 years prior to Shakspeare's death?

Doesn't this description match  exactly the anticipated fate of Marlowe?  In 1613 did Shakespeare really build John Fletcher as his successor (as Hammond invents)? 

Was John Fletcher  a Co-author of the retired Shakspere? 

Or is there a more plausible and logic theory?

Around  the turn of 2013/14  Mac Gregor's book "Shakespeare's Restless World" was broadcasted in Radio Bavaria 2 as 

an eleven-day program.

The omission of the subtitle in the  German book version   ( Beck -Verlag 2013)  

 "An Unexpected History in Twenty Objects" 

reinforces the insincerity of the  radio show, deceiving the ignorant, he would expand his own knowledge of the the greatest poet and playwright William Shakespeare,  but that's not the case : The name Shakespeare was  only   "promotional " (apparently for the occasion of the upcoming 450 -year anniversary in April 2014) and  misused as a "hanger" of the book.

The author Mac Gregor  isn't  searching

a) for the person Shakespeare and his immense implausibilities ,

b) (for today's knowledge , 

c) for  solving reasonable doubts and 

d) for the current state of Research. 

 From the "restless inner world " of the Stratford man you will learn  nothing substantial !

Episode 2 is exemplified by a silver chalice , which was kept in the parish church in Stratford- upon- Avon. It  has nothing to do with Shakespeare, because such a communion chalice was placed in all churches of England as an expression of the end of Catholicism . Those who drank from this cup, confessed publicly to Protestantism and proved himself to be a loyal subject of the Queen. For this object of a goblet  to build a specific bridge to the poetic genius of Shakespeare has something  bizarre....
