What a bizarre distortion of the facts!

Translation of the last Paragraph (of Gelferts book)" The real reason of doubt about Shakespeare is not his supposed lack of education, but the widespread interest in conspiracy theories. It seems to be in the nature of men that he has more confidence in his faith than in sound scientific knowledge, because the essence of knowledge in science is always subject to its possible falsification, while faith does not allow doubt .
If one has once converted to faith, it cannot be disproved anymore. This is the reason why all belief systems are immune to doubt.(....)
After all, even the most absurd conspiracy theories often have positive side effects. For example, what ... Bastian Conrad implies in favor of his favorites, is little convincing, but he deserves recognition for the merit of having shone with a large amount of research in niches of the Elizabethan society and culture that would otherwise have remained obscure.
How could Shakespeare expert Gelfert ever assume that Marlowe's works during his lifetime was printed under the name "Marlowe"? One has to conclude, that Gelfert is a flawless, uninformed conspiracy theorists!
What a bizarre distortion of the facts!
What a bizarre distortion of the facts!
What on earth is going on here ? Who is actually the believer without any doubt, and who has been working withgreat effort a decade against the doubt and tried to make extensive scientific "detective work on contemporary history"?
